Fabe Keily | CEO & Founder | Fabe is a Motivational speaker and has provided life-changing education over the last three years to thousands of working women across Australia.  Fabe's specialty is in educating women on what she calls the B.E.AR.® formula to success which involves empowering women to break through their limiting beliefs to achieve their professional and life goals.

Her presentations are interactive, entertaining and life changing.  Fabe believes that learning should be an experience and always leaves women equipped, motivated and inspired to 'Step Up'. 

Having grown up with five brothers, Fabe is well equipped to educate women on what it takes to thrive in a male dominated working environment.  Research has proven that management teams with both men and women produce bigger profits, and both she and Mal are passionate about doing everything possible to equip women to 'Step Up' to senior management roles.

Narelle Zerk has worked in the private sector and local government for over 20years as a Geographical Information Systems Analyst and assists the Team by organising all of the logistics for our Events.  Narelle has been part of our team since our launch in 2008 and loves the challenge of creating a professional yet memorable Event.

Joel Keily | AV Manager | Executive Events Manager |  Joel has been with the Company since it's launch in April 2008.  Joel's experience as a landscape supervisor on million dollar homes up on the Sunshine Coast provided a great foundation for him as National Events Manager for Australia's leading Financial Education Company for the last 4 years. (his other job) 

Joel manages all of our larger events and his leadership development skills are what gives him an edge in supervising people to work together as a team.  Joel is an invaluable member of our team and brings great organisational skills, flexibility, passion and a heart for people all at the same time.  Joel's management and AV skills combined with his passion for seeing others grow and develop enable him to excel at his job.

Samantha Keily | Events assistant | Samantha has been working with us since our launch in April 2008 and is a valuable member of the team.
